If you are using a GPS, please use the following address to get to the building's underground parking entrance: 1025 Bonifant Street, Silver Spring, MD

From Washington DC:

Take 16th Street North. When you reach the District-Maryland border, turn right on Colesville Road immediately after “The Blairs” sign. Go to the second traffic light and turn right on Wayne Avenue. Go two blocks and turn right on Dixon Avenue. Make the next left onto Bonifant Street. The entrance to the building’s underground parking garage is immediately on the left.

From the North:

Take I-495 Capital Beltway toward Silver Spring to the Colesville Road South exit. Continue on Colesville Road for approximately 2 miles into the heart of downtown Silver Spring. After crossing Fenton Street, make the next left on Georgia Avenue. Make the second right onto Bonifant St. The entrance to the building’s underground parking garage is immediately on the right.

From the West: 

Take I-495 Capital Beltway to the Georgia Avenue South exit. Continue on Georgia Avenue for approximately 2 miles into the heart of downtown Silver Spring. After crossing Colesville Road, make the second right onto Bonifant St. The entrance to the building’s underground parking garage is immediately on the right.

Parking and Arrival : 

We offer free valet parking in the building's underground parking garage. Upon entering the garage (see picture below showing the entrance) you will make a sharp left turn to arrive at the valet station. The valet will provide assistance in parking your car and granting you access to the building. Take the elevator to the 1st floor lobby and check in with the attendant. The attendant will grant you access to our office on the 12th floor where Edelman Financial will validate your parking pass.  YOU MAY SEE A “FULL MONTHLY CONTRACTS ONLY” SIGN AT THE GARAGE ENTRANCE.  PLEASE DISREGARD THIS SIGN AND STILL ENTER THE GARAGE. TELL THE VALET YOU ARE A VISITOR OF EDELMAN FINANCIAL AND THEY WILL ASSIST YOU.


By Metro: 

Our office is less than two blocks away from the SILVER SPRING STATION on the RED LINE. Follow the signs for South Colesville Road/Buses when exiting the station. Walk straight past all the bus stops. Turn right on Wayne Avenue towards the Discovery building (you can't miss it). You will walk about a block and a half until you come to Dixon Avenue. Turn right on Dixon, the entrance to the building 1010 will be on the left. We are on the 12th floor in Suite 1200.
