From Points West via I-70 (Frederick, MD): 

• Take I-70 East towards Baltimore.
• Merge onto US-29 South via exit number 87A toward Columbia/Washington.
• Merge onto MD-100 via the ramp on the left to Glen Burnie.
• Take exit 3 to merge onto Snowden River Pkwy.
• Turn left at MD-108 E/Waterloo Rd.
• Make a left at the entrance for “Columbia Corporate Park 100”. 

• Take I-83 South.
• Merge onto I-695 West toward Baltimore.
• Take Exit 16A to merge onto I-70 West toward Frederick.
• Take exit 87A on the left to merge onto US-29 S/Columbia Pike.
• Merge onto MD-100 East via the ramp on the left to Glen Burnie.
• Take exit 3 to merge on to Snowden River Pkwy.
• Turn left at MD-108 E/Waterloo Rd.
• Make a left at the entrance for “Columbia Corporate Park 100”.

From Points North via I-95 (Baltimore, Delaware, Philadelphia) : 

• Take I-95 South.
• Take exit 43B to merge onto MD-100W toward Ellicott City.
• Take exit 3 for Snowden River Pkwy.
• At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Snowden River Pkwy.
• Turn left at MD-108 E/Waterloo Rd.
• Make a left at the entrance for “Columbia Corporate Park 100”.

From Points South via I-95 (DC, Fairfax) : 

• Take I-95 North.
• Take exit 43B to merge onto MD-100W toward Ellicott City.
• Take Exit 3 for Snowden River Parkway.
• At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Snowden River Parkway.
• Turn left at MD-108 E/Waterloo Rd.
• Make a left at the entrance for “Columbia Corporate Park 100”.

From Points West via 32 (Clarksville, Carroll County) : 

• Take MD-32 East toward Columbia.
• Take exit 16A onto US-29 North toward Columbia.
• Exit right onto MD-100 East.
• Take exit 3 to merge onto Snowden River Pkwy.
• Turn left at MD- 108 E/Waterloo Rd.
• Make a left at the entrance for “Columbia Corporate Park 100”.

From Points South East (Annapolis, MD) : 

• Take I-97 N toward Baltimore.
• Take Exit 14B to merge onto MD-100 W toward Ellicott City.
• Take Exit 3 for Snowden River Parkway.
• At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Snowden River Pkwy.
• Turn left at MD-108 E/Waterloo Rd.
• Make a left at the entrance for “Columbia Corporate Park 100”.

Parking and Arrival
Make an immediate left between the bank and parking garage, then follow the signs for “6011 2nd Floor Lobby”.  You can park on the left in front of the building or in the larger lot on the right, directly across from the main entrance.  As you enter the building lobby, pass the elevators and make a left at the hallway.  The entrance to our office, Suite 240, is on the right.
